Star Cars London Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for consumer credit activities. We act as a credit broker and not a lender.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all vehicle descriptions, specifications, mileage, prices and photographs are accurate. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur and vehicle specifications may change without notice.

Customers are advised to inspect and test drive any vehicle before completing their purchase. All vehicles are offered subject to availability.

Vehicle prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, Star Cars London Ltd reserves the right to correct pricing errors before a contract is completed.

Finance is available subject to status, affordability and lender approval. Applicants must be aged 18 years or over.

We work with a carefully selected panel of finance providers.

We may receive commission from the lender for introducing you to them. The commission received may be a fixed amount or a percentage of the amount financed and may vary between lenders.

A written quotation is available upon request.

A vehicle deposit reserves the vehicle for an agreed period.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits may be non-refundable where a customer changes their mind after the vehicle has been reserved or prepared specifically for collection.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Nationwide delivery may be available at an additional charge. Delivery charges will be confirmed before your order is completed.

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control.

Every retail vehicle is professionally prepared before sale. Where applicable, vehicles will include:

• A minimum 6 months MOT.
• A service where required.
• A comprehensive pre-delivery inspection.
• A minimum 3-month mechanical warranty unless otherwise stated.

Optional extended warranty products may be available for up to 48 months.

Warranty cover, claim limits, exclusions and terms are provided by the warranty provider and are subject to their individual policy conditions.

Part exchange valuations are based upon the information provided and inspection of the vehicle.

Should the vehicle differ significantly from the description given, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw the valuation before completion of the transaction.

Customers should satisfy themselves that the vehicle meets their requirements before completing the purchase. Before taking delivery, customers should check:

• Vehicle documentation
• Keys supplied
• Service history (where available)
• Vehicle condition

Any concerns should be reported before taking possession wherever reasonably possible.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.

If you believe your vehicle has developed a fault, please contact Star Cars London Ltd as soon as reasonably possible.

Where the law permits, we may inspect the vehicle and carry out a repair or diagnostic assessment before agreeing any appropriate remedy.

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Upload malicious software or viruses.
• Copy, reproduce or distribute website content without our written permission.

All website content, including logos, photographs, graphics, text and branding, remains the property of Star Cars London Ltd unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied or reproduced without our prior written consent.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Cars London Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
